Hubby's new pet

Nowadays we hardly get to eat jambu air from our tree. This is because three musang (husband, wife and a kid) keep coming to steal the fruits. Hubby borrow a cage and managed to trapped one of them. He wanted to catch the whole family and will release them to the jungle later. So while waiting for the rest, he will keep this musang as his pet. Don't know this animal will bring disease or not ......

Teowchew Porridge for lunch

Last night hubby brought me out for supper. We had teochew porridge. I quite like it and decided to cook it for lunch today. I prepare lapcheong, fried fish, vege and egg. Children first time try it. Florence said the porridge is tasteless. She prefers rice. The others are ok. will cook again next time.

Maid finally reach home safely

My maid Margaretha Bili finished her contract. We send her to Denpasar, Bali. From there she needs to buy another air ticket (domestic flight) to go back her hometown in Sumba Barat. We send her on 19th July and expected she get the ticket the next day and direct reach home. We thaught it is as simple as this. You know, she only managed to get her ticket on 23th July. She spend 4 nights in Bali and spend 2.8 million rupiah for the hotel (somebody cheated her). She called me, none stop crying. I felt so sorry and decided to go Bali on 24th. Before booking the air ticket I tried to call the airport to check where is she and someone told me that a taxi driver helping her and she managed to get the 9.30am flight this morning. Finally she reached kampung safety by 7.00pm. When I called her she can't even talk, only crying. She didn't eat for the whole day. Anyway will give her a call tomorrow. We decided to give her another 3 million rupiah to cover her lost. What a bad experience........ Anyway Thank God she is safe with her family now.

On Father's Day

Where to dine on Father's Day ? We went to San Francisco Steak House again. This time I brought along my sister.We went shopping first. Hubby bought for Jian En a new watch and a pair of sport shoes.Jian Yi got transformer toy, Florence got rabbit soft toy and Jian Shen got Pokemon CD and milk choc. I thaught children should give present to their daddy ? How come the other way round ?

Terengganu's trip 1st day

Its school holiday again. This time I plan a trip to Terengganu, my favorite East Coast. We stayed in Awana Kijal 4 days 3 nights. (from 11th to 14th Jun) We stopped at Cherating to visit the Turtle Santuary, just beside the Club Med. After that we stop at Kemaman to enjoy our tea time at Hai Phong Kopitiam. We reached Awana Kijal around 3.30pm. After checked in, we take a rest. Evening children played at the swimming pool. Our dinner is KFC.

Terengganu's trip 2nd day

Terengganu's off day is on Friday.Early in the morning after taking our local breakfast nasi dagang and nasi minyak, we go to Kuala Terengganu for 1 day tour. The journey took 1 hour 30 minutes. Half way we stopped at Rantau Abang for picnic.




















































After reaching Kuala Terengganu, we direct to Pantai Batu Buruk. The beach is not suitable for swimming. Then we went to thier most famous market Pasar Payang to buy some ole-ole
