Cheese Tarts

My cheese tart is quite famous among my friends. They always order from me. Minimum order is 25 pieces. I only sell at RM2.20 per piece. It is consider cheap because I use fine ingredients. Normally I use good pure butter (SCS , Golden Churn, Anchor) and Kraft Cream cheese, so the taste is good. You know ? Bread Story sell at RM3.50 per piece. No wonder I get so many order. Hubby suggested next time we can open a shop. I said after pencen lar.. Last year hubby bought me a big oven (Smeg from Italy). He so kesian see me baking with microwave, which is slow when I received a lot of order. This big oven can bake 50 cheese tarts in one short. It really save my time. Thank you darling. Today I baked 30 cheese tarts for hubby's customer. He wants to bring to Seremban. The other day also someone order to bring to Penang. Siew Peng from Malacca also use to order my tarts and cheese cake. I normally send to her on my way to Bukit Rambai.
