On 24th January, hubby's family making dodol at Malacca. First time my children experience it. The dodol is to serve visitors during Chinese New Year. All the family members loved it too.
grounded wet glutinous flour
santan from our own coconut tree
Gula Melaka
mix the coconut milk with glutinous flour
melt gula Melaka with santan
washing the big wok/kuali
pour the flour mixture into the wok
nonstop stirring for 3.5 hours

Added the gula Melaka into the mixture
it is hard to stir
