Making Pulut Tekan

Pulut Tekan is one of the famous Nyonya Kuih. It served with Kaya. This is how my MIL prepared it.





MIL used bunga telang to get the blue colour.
It is save to consume











use big stone to press the glutinous rice



the pulut tekan is ready to be serve with kaya
